FAQs
do i take insurance?
No. I’m trained as a licensed mental health counselor but I chose not to pursue licensure for a variety of reasons. The reason most salient to this question is that my practice would then be dictated by the licensing board and insurance companies. My liberated approach to mental health and wellness means that I will not allow insurance agencies to access client notes, require a diagnosis, nor give them the power to make decisions about client wellness plans.
